Every year Barcelona hosts the Seafood Expo Global, the largest seafood expo in the world. This year as many as 15 companies from Urk Seafood are attending, namely:
Kramers’ Seafood, Ocean Company, Lerøy, Norwegian Seafood Group, Umios, Het Urker Zalmhuys, Sea Fresh, North Seafood, AZUR Seafood, Fiskano, Oromar, Dayseaday, Neerlandia-Urk, Urk-Export and Van der Lee Seafish.
More than 350,000 seafood professionals from 156 different countries attended the 2025 Seafood Expo Global, and of those, 90% said they will attend again this year. In addition to the 14 Urk Seafood members present on the show floor, the transportation of the materials is again provided by our own Vebatrans.
