Every year the Seafood Expo Global, the largest fish trade expo in the world, is held in Barcelona. This year as many as 14 companies from Urk Seafood are attending, namely:
Kramers’ Seafood, Ocean Company, Lerøy, Visscher Seafood Group, Seafood Connection, Het Urker Zalmhuys, Sea Fresh, AZUR Seafood, Fiskano, Oromar, Dayseaday, Neerlandia-Urk, Urk-Export and Van der Lee Seafish.
More than 350,000 seafood professionals from 156 different countries visited the 2024 Seafood Expo Global, and of those, 90% said they will attend again this year. In addition to the 14 Urk Seafood members present on the show floor, the transportation of materials will once again be provided by our own Vebatrans.
