Both men have made crucial contributions to the growth and success of the company and will now focus on new challenges within the organization and beyond.<\/p><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Claus Brouwer steps down as Head of Operations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-eb2c1ed\" data-block-id=\"eb2c1ed\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">After an impressive career spanning decades at Visscher Seafood, Claus Brouwer is handing over his responsibilities as Head of Operations. Claus was known for his strong leadership, honesty and dedication to both the company and its employees. Although he is stepping down from his operational role, Claus remains actively involved as a shareholder.<\/p><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Richard Brouwer leads CSRD compliance for Brouwer Food Group<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-120f6a7\" data-block-id=\"120f6a7\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Richard Brouwer will take a new step after 25 years at Visscher Seafood. From 2025, he will be responsible for CSRD compliance within the Brouwer Food Group, Visscher Seafood&#8217;s main shareholder. With his extensive experience and strategic insight, Richard will help ensure compliance with increasingly important sustainability guidelines within the group.<\/p><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Looking to the future<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Visscher Seafood thanks Claus and Richard for their dedication and valuable contributions to the organization.
